I began training when I was 7 so... 14 years.

It should be meeting general Choi, but I was a bit too young to appreciate it at the time.

A conversation I had with Master Gayle and Master Ogborne one summer camp a few years ago.

No trophy, medal or certificate could out do the family, guidance and lifestyle that Taekwon-Do has given me.
