...warm up, a little bit of exercise to earn strenght to my weak body. Train my techniques, train Tuls, a little bit of sparring and some stretching. All this four time every week, Monday-tuesday-wednesday and friday from the 20:30 to 22:30...

...crazy as all the people and a believer. A dreamer as much I can, maybe too much. Sometimes happy, but sometimes very angry...I think not a bad person but a little bit strange...

...a lot, maybe the best was when I make the performer with Master Saccomanno's group during the Baglioni(an italian singer) concert. Wonderful experience...and a lot of wonderful dancer...
