Hi to an old taekwon do friend..hope you are keeping well and training hard. pleased to see that you have made the leap from the other side, are you affiliated through East Coast or independant?? See Mr O' Neill and Mr Hogan have moved on too, so with Mr Aiden Walsh, Mr Terry Donnelly plus Mr Tim Forde it's like an old AITA reunion eh! all we need now would be to get another guy Mr Derek Coleman back in the game and complete the full house..continued good luck Sir & hope to chat again soon;
