My most memorable TKD moment

Understanding that the secret of taekwondo lies in finding the optimal combination of timing your movements,technique, concentration and breathing.
Or as the very highly appreciated master Karel van Orsouw told me: Practicing tuls often gives unity to body and mind. That unity facilitates to make a total movement every time that combines all power and energy. The essence of a Tul lies then no more in the movement itself, but in the way your spirit gives them the right shape.

I could not answer before, because, the web is down and i don´t read your coment.

¡ Great performance of the Dutch men's team! I couldn´t watch the women's team, but sure they was very good.

The spanish team, win in power test, 3º in tul team and sparring team,

and reached two finals of Tul V Dan (Cristian Oriolani) and II Dan (Gabriel Leske), They won the silver.
